Glide Flip-Top Vial Dental Floss

The Glide Dental Floss comes in a trim, round container. This packaging is superior to the square packaging and fits neatly in my purse. The floss itself came off easily and didnt break during use. I am a daily flosser and go crazy with flimsy floss that shreds and breaks. I was very pleased with this product and even if it costs a little more, I plan to switch to Glide.

This is a dramatic improvement over any other floss Ive used. It was surprising how easily the floss slid between my tightly spaced teeth and never shredded. I recommend this product without reservation. My wife couldnt get over my enthusiasm for a dental floss. Excellent product!

I found the floss to get between teeth well (even tight fits) and not to snag like other flosses. Great for bonding and other cosmetic dentistry which may not be as smooth as the real thing. You get a great clean feeling after using it too. I would buy it again and would recommend it to family. The product lives up to its claims. It glides right in.

When I tried this Glide floss I was somewhat skeptical about the differences between flosses. But when I first tried it I will say I was astonished and surprised. This floss -- I kid you not -- was much less waxy than Johnson and Johnson floss but yet was very easy to glide right between my teeth. The waxier one did not go on as smoothly. My three teens have braces and tried this product, and they will also be using it.

This product is easy to remove from the container and is especially easy to floss with. The floss is thin and does glide over the surfaces of your teeth. I liked it well enough to perhaps be more consistent with flossing. Highly recommended.

I really like the perfect size of the Glide Floss container. It fits right into my palm and is so easy to use. The dental floss itself is one of the hardiest flosses I have ever used. It did not shred and does glide right in between your teeth. It does a good job grabbing food particles as well. The floss is thin and flat so it has a tendency to fold over at times, causing sensitivity to my teeth due to its thickness. Thinner floss would be perfect for my crowded teeth.

I am impressed with this product. Unlike others, this dental floss doesnt shred between your teeth and isnt a struggle to use. I completely recommend it. As for myself, this is the only floss I intend to use.

My dentist recommended this GLIDE dental floss. The floss performed perfectly on my tightly spaced teeth just like my dentist promised! This floss didnt break or shred, as is the case with most other dental flosses. This floss was able to glide easily between each and every tooth with no struggling whatsoever. I highly recommend GLIDE to anyone...especially people who usually shred their floss while flossing.

This product is much more pleasant to use than standard dental floss. It fits between tight teeth with real ease. It can slip too easily, though. My husband cut his gum. I found it nice to use, and will switch to this product permanently.

This is the best dental floss that Ive ever used! My teeth are very close together and I usually have a terrible time with floss getting stuck or shredding. This floss did neither. It was very easy for me to use and left my mouth feeling wonderful!

Introduced to me by my dentist, Glide floss is simply the best floss Ive ever used. No fibers say behind in the mouth or get stuck between the teeth. The flat ribbon shape of the floss and its smoth surface allows the floss to painlessly get between teeth and gums to pull out food particles.

Like many customrs, I like Glide intially because it is easy to get inbetween your teeth, and slide in and out without much effort. But,after removing a tooth a few years ago, food easily got stuck inbetween my teeth near that region. I found that I need extra effort using Glide to get food scrap out as compared to traditional dental floss. Food scraps stick to traditional dental floss easier that to Glide, and hence can be removed with less flossing. The same reason makes Glide easy to use is exactly the same reason makes its in-effective in cleaning. Glide is made of Teflon material that is the same material made of non-sticky cooking utensil. Teflon is strong, but very slippery, non-sticking. That is why you can floss without fuss. But, would you buy a slippery scraping pad or use ice cubes to scrape your floor or bath tub To remove flood scraps or plague inbetween the teeth, you definitely want something less slippery, and let food scraps/plague stick to the floss surface better. No pain, no gain is true in this case, dont let high tech hypes and marketing tricks fool you otherwise. My point is that I have spent money, time and effort to floss faithfully everyday, I want to wring a worthy cleaning power out of each flossing move, I would use traditional floss material. Another point is that Glide is so slippery on my finger that I have to use longer floss to wind a few more rounds on my finger to hold it. Unfortunately, Glide is more y than other tradition floss brands, and they get selling more of their stuff. An advice for those who have severe dental conditions that require a good flossing everyday, you should stay away from Glide. However, if you just want an easy way flossing, and dont care about real effectiveness of cleaning, Glide is indeed a real easy way out. For those environmentally-conscious folks, you should be aware that Teflon is a lot worse than other plastics and fiber for the environment(dont get me wrong, plastics and fiber are bad too), and they should not be used as a disposable product.

As any dentist will tell you, if you want to keep your teeth safe from gum disease, then you MUST floss regularly. I recommend this product to my patients because it is so easy to pass between teeth contacts. It truly does Glide through the contact area. One drawback is that it is so slick it does not work as well on floss holders, as it slips out of the grooves and loosens. I prefer the finger-wrap method in using Glide floss.

This is a good product and I recommend it.

Floss Daily.

Wrap 18 to 24 section around middle fingers and draw tight.

Slide floss between teeth, curving around tooth as you gently scrape between each tooth and gum.

This floss truly does glide between teeth, no matter how closely spaced they be. Its a bit thick, but seems effective nonetheless. Its one drawback is that it will not stay in the holder I have, and that I need, as my fingers do not work well enough to floss without a holder.
