The alliance call comes after Labor failed to meet its pledge at the last election to introduce a Commonwealth dental scheme because of the Senates refusal to axe the costly Medicare dental program introduced by the previous government. Labor says it will push ahead with the scheme if it is returned to power.

To qualify for a permit, the dentist or dental hygienist must meet Illinois dental standards and intend to provide voluntary care. The temporary permit may not exceed 10 days.

House Bill 3061 allows the state to issue temporary permits to dentists and dental hygienists who are licensed in other states and will provide free care in Illinois.

The database will be accessible to all local school districts and will serve as an important tool for developing policies and programs to improve the health of Illinois children. As a result, they perform poorly in school, preventing them from reaching their full potential. Poor health outcomes mean less human productivity for our future generation. Keeping children healthy is the cornerstone for a healthy community.

Delta Dental of Nashville has been awarded a contract to be the dental benefits manager for TennCare.

TennCare is Tennessees managed-care Medicaid program serving about 1. 2 million low-income children, pregnant women and disabled Tennesseans, with an annual budget of usd. 7 billion.
