Every 90 days thereafter, unless you cancel, you will continue to receive LumiDent for USD 84.99 - includes free shipping.

To cancel the remaining supply:

Contact Customer Service by calling 1-800-728-2437 within 14 days of original shipment date to receive a Return Merchandise Number. Customer Service will then provide return instructions.

You MUST contact Customer Service within 14 days of original shipment date before returning product.

Products returned AFTER 14 days from contacting Customer Service will ONLY receive store credit.

No returns will be accepted without a Return Merchandise Number.

Packages marked Return to Sender will not be processed or refunded.

Customer is responsible for shipping charges on returned products.
